WHAT LAWYERS DON'T WANT THEIR CLIENTS TO KNOW

SUBTITLE: THE CARE AND HANDLING OF YOUR ATTORNEY
What happens before your hire your Attorney is crucial to winning your case. What happens during Court and after Court can predict whether or not you're going to win. After it's all said and done in Court, it is the Court Order itself, and how it is written that is often the predictor of whether or not you're going to have to go back in and fight again.  Let's face it, it's not inexpensive having to hire an Attorney to represent you, let alone paying for your big day in Court.  It's traumatizing to discover after you win that you have to go back again! What sort of thing occur in the Courtroom that make it absolutely necessary for you to have to go back into Court?
Are there ways to avoid this from happening?  Should you just sit back and let your Lawyer, who knows the law, handle everything?  I think not.  It is entirely possible to prevent errors and having to go back into Court and getting charged legal fees again.  It involves being alert in the Courtroom, knowing what to write down and how to appropriately check with your Lawyer to make sure issues were handled appropriately after the Judge gives his order and before the order is signed.  Don't be the last one to have this very delicate, yet absolutely necessary information. If you've been there and have the Legal Bills to prove it; email me at Lifematters2006@aol.com

ENGAGED TO BE MARRIED? CONGRATULATIONS!
IF HE WORKS FOR HIS FAMILY'S BUSINESS -
BETTER GET A PRENUP!
So...your Fiancee works for the family business, does he? Prenups are always a challenge to bring up and intelligently discuss, but it can be done...especially if you approach it both logically and lovingly. Not all marriages require a prenuptial, but if he's "the one" and he works with his family---don't forget I told you so--- you definitely need one!  Beware of the family business trap. Protect yourself with a well written, well defined prenuptial agreement supported by both his and her Attorneys. Any questions on how to do this the least expensive way, just email me and I'll add information to my site. Unless you've already been down the agonizing road without a prenuptial agreement, then you can't even begin to imagine what great advice I'm willing to share with you now! Perhaps you're just deciding "how to" approach the subject, or "if" you should do so.  Don't do a thing until you read what I have to say about this subject, and the full version of this one girl's story who won in Court, but ultimately lost!  She, too, agonized over whether to have a prenuptial drawn up.  With close family relatives and a true love, who would have thought that after 26 years she'd ever, ever be sued for a divorce?  Stuff happens. What happened to her you just won't believe.  It's a must read!  But then, there's YOUR STORY....and I'm all ears....write me at  LifeMatters2006@aol.com and share ladies!   Till Then, Maggie Masterson
